3. Chargebacks and Refunds

5. Non-Compliance

If you wish to request a partial refund, a fine of 1/3 of the purchase amount will be applied. If you open a complaint with intermediaries (PayPal and Crypto), we will contest it with supporting evidence, and you will lose the right to a partial refund.
